Plane crash
While we were having breakfast a small plane crashed in front of the beach. When we went back to our hotel a large group of rescue vehicles, boats and helicopters had gathered near the crash site. Apparently two bodies have been recovered and a third one is still being searched for (we still hear the helicopters)...
UPDATE
There were only 2 people on the plane. One of them was a gameshow host in the Eighties...
Later today we drove around LA, visiting Downtown, Little Tokyo (great food!), Chinatown and the Santa Monica Mountains.
By the way, we can no longer upload images using the Blogger interface (no idea why), so we're uploading them directly... They show up a bit bigger now.
